# Design Gallery Overview

## Templates

Start with these templates to build your designs. Open them in Canva or your preferred design tool, and don’t forget to delete the sample graphics.

## Inspirations

Use these ideas however you like-customize them with your branding or use them right out of the box. When you're finished, turn a design into a creative: in your dashboard, open **Creatives → [New creative](https://dashboard.thanks.io/app/creatives/new)**, choose **Build it yourself**, pick the mail piece, and upload the design as the front. Add a message in the same wizard, save it, and you can send the finished creative through the API with a single `creative_id`.
