# QR Codes

Trackable QR codes can be included in mailers to monitor engagement and response rates with the `qrcode_url` field during a [Send Mailer](/api-reference/send-mailer-usage) request.

thanks.io can notify you of each scan via email or text message. There is also an analytics dashboard available to track which templates generate the most engagement.
