What’s new

  • A clear on/off toggle for auto-recharge

  • Your saved recharge amount is kept for when you turn it back on

How it works

  1. Auto-recharge on: sending continues as usual, with automatic charging if your balance would go below $0.
  2. Auto-recharge off: sends that would push your balance below $0 are paused.
  3. You’ll see a clear message and can add credits manually or re-enable auto-recharge.

Important impact

  • Outbound mail can pause if your balance is too low
  • Keep a positive balance or top up manually to avoid delivery interruptions
  • Manual Add Credits always works

Heads up

Disabling auto-recharge means mailers can stop once your balance goes below $0. Keep credits available or add funds manually to avoid delivery interruptions.

Dynamic Image Fields Now Support Custom Field Image URLs

You can now use recipient custom field tokens in dynamic image URL fields, including Background Image, Logo Image URL, and Overlay Graphic.Supported tokens:
  • ~CUSTOM1~ through ~CUSTOM10~
At send time, each token resolves to the recipient’s custom field value, allowing that value to point to a PNG or JPG URL and render in the final generated image.

What this enables

  • Recipient-specific background images
  • Recipient-specific logos or brand images
  • Recipient-specific overlay graphics
  • Flexible templates that source image assets from recipient data instead of hardcoded URLs

How it works

  • The dynamic image editor recognizes custom field tokens in image URL fields
  • Preview rendering shows placeholder images when a custom field token is used as an image source
  • At send time, the system resolves the recipient’s custom field value into the final image URL
  • If the custom field is missing or not a valid image URL, that recipient is skipped and the order is flagged with an error instead of printing a broken card

Important behavior

  • If a custom field value does not include http:// or https://, the system automatically prepends https://
  • This applies to dynamic image fields only, not ordinary text personalization

  • Fewer manual template variations
  • Safer production handling when image data is missing or invalid

Custom Fields Expanded to custom1–custom10

Recipients now support ten custom fields — custom1 through custom10 — up from the previous limit of four. The additional fields are available everywhere custom fields are supported:
  • Mailing Lists — add and manage all ten fields per recipient
  • API — pass custom5 through custom10 in recipient objects on any send-mailer endpoint
  • Zapier — map up to ten custom fields when creating or updating recipients
All ten fields can be used as merge tags in message templates and as dynamic variables in image templates, just like the original four.

You can now clone any campaign automation directly from the campaign list. Instead of rebuilding the same trigger logic, schedule, and mailer settings from scratch, duplicate an existing automation and adjust only what you need.This is useful when running similar campaigns for different mailing lists, seasonal variations of a proven automation, or setting up A/B structures across separate campaigns.

How it works

  1. Open the Campaigns page
  2. Find the automation you want to duplicate
  3. Click the Clone option from the campaign actions menu
  4. The cloned automation opens ready to edit — rename it, swap the mailing list, or adjust the schedule
All trigger settings, mailer selections, and timing rules are copied over. The clone starts in a paused state so you can review it before activating.

Default QR Code Scan Landing Page

We’ve added a default landing page that greets your recipient by name, lets them know you’ll reach out soon, and displays your contact info (if set in the Branding Builder).
  • If you’re using a Branding Builder background with a “Scan Me” image but haven’t set a custom QR Code URL, this default page will automatically be used.
  • This ensures recipients always land on a friendly page, even if a QR Code URL wasn’t configured.

Optional use

You can also manually apply the default landing page in any Message Template:

Send via Standard Mail

  • Added support for sending mailers via standard mail.
  • Send for a cheaper rate at longer delivery times. Receive 5 cents off all Postcard items & 21 cents off all Letters, Notecards, & Giftcards items. Mail item delivery times will be an extra 5+ days, will not have tracking status, and will not be returned to sender on incorrect delivery.
  • To turn On/Off this feature, visit your Mailer Settings and toggle the ‘Standard Mail Mode’ option.

AI Fonts

  • Added support for AI-generated fonts for your mailers.
  • These fonts totally randomize character placement and spacing to create a unique look for each mailer. This can help increase engagement and make your mailers stand out in the mailbox.
  • Realism mode will automatically add crossouts and other imperfections to make the font look more like it was handwritten by a human.
  • To use AI fonts, simply select the ‘AI Font’ option when creating or editing a Message Template. You can also toggle the ‘Realism Mode’ option to add imperfections to the font
