- If a recipient scans a mailer and we don’t have their email or phone, we’ll research and add it. Each lookup costs 20¢, and some records may require two lookups for best accuracy.

Context About Scans
- When adding a recipient to the ‘All QR Scans’ list, we’ll now include the Order the mailer was made from and the mailing list the recipient was on if available. This will help you understand the context of the scan and make it easier to follow up with the recipient.
API/Audit Log
- We’ve added an API/Audit log to the dashboard. We’ll show API calls, Zapier calls, logins, webhooks, and some basic dashboard activity.
- The API calls will show info including the endpoint, method, status code, and timestamp. This will help you track and debug any issues with your API calls.
- The Zapier Calls will allow you to verify Zapier actions are working as expected and troubleshoot any issues with your Zaps.
- The Login section will show you when users have logged in to your account.
- The Webhooks section will show you when webhooks are triggered and the payload that was sent. This will help you verify that your webhooks are working as expected.
- The Dashboard Activity section will show you when users have made changes to your account, such as adding or removing image/message templates and toggling on/off campaigns.

6x11 Postcards
- 6x11 Postcards are now available to use in campaigns or sent through the Card Builder.
Neighbor Blast Recipients added to one list
- Neighbor Blast recipients will now be added to a single list for easier management and tracking.
- Mailing List name is ‘All Campaign Neighbor Blasts’
- You can use this list in campaign actions to send follow-up mailers to all recipients of Neighbor Blasts.
Image Template previews on campaigns
- Image Templates can now be previewed directly within the Campaigns section, making it easier to select and customize templates for your mailers.
QR Code Scans added to Notifications dropdown
- QR Code Scans will now be included in the Notifications dropdown, allowing you to easily see new QR Scans in one location.
Outside of envelope now uses Blue color font
- The text outside of the envelope will now use a blue color font for better visibility and branding.
- During testing we’ve found blue color font gets more attention and is more likely to be opened by recipients.
Add White as a font color
- White is now available as a font color option for your mailers.
- This will allow you to use white text on dark backgrounds for better contrast and visibility.
Add ability to delete subaccounts
- You can now delete subaccounts from your account. This will help you manage your subaccounts more effectively and keep your account organized.
- Subaccounts can be deleted Here - just click the Trash icon next to the subaccount you want to delete.
- Mailing Lists and Orders are moved to the main account.
- Image Templates, Message Templates, and Campaigns are deleted when the subaccount is deleted.
API defined with OpenAPI Spec
- The API is now defined with OpenAPI Spec, making it easier to understand and integrate with.
- This will provide a clear and consistent structure for the API, including endpoints, request/response formats, and authentication methods.

- The MCP Server is now available to add thanks.io direct mail capabilities to your application.

- You can now send windowed and windowless letters using a PDF file only.
- This is a great option if you have a newletter or other document that you want to send without having to create a custom cover page.
- The PDF Only mailers are available as a new option in the Type dropdown on the Message Templates edittor Here.
Add QR Code Scan URL to Text Notifications
- When we text you about a new QR Code Scan, we’ll now include a link the QR Code took the recipient to in the text message.
- Added an ‘Export Scans to CSV’ button to the Mailing List Page.
- This will allow you to easily export all the QR Code Scans for a mailing list to a CSV file for further analysis or follow-up.
Added OAuth Clients
- Added support for OAuth clients to enhance authentication and authorization for API access.
- This will allow you to securely connect your applications with thanks.io using OAuth 2.0.

Webhook for QR Code Scans
- Added support for webhooks to notify your application when a QR code is scanned.
- This will allow you to take real-time actions based on QR code scans, such as updating user records or triggering workflows.

Analytics Page
- Added a new Analytics page to the dashboard to provide insights into your campaigns and mailers.
- This page includes metrics on QR code scans for Image Templates, Message Templates, and Mailing Lists.
- The scan percentage rates help you optimize your marketing efforts by showing you which templates and lists are performing best.

Text Notifications for Landing Pages
- Added support for text notifications when a recipient submits info on Mailing List Landing Page.
- This option can be toggled On/Off in the Mailing List settings under ‘Address Collection Landing Page’ setting ‘Text on Submissions’
Add Branding Info as Message Template Replacement Variables
- Added support for using branding information as replacement variables in Message Templates. This allows you to easily include your company name, phone, and other branding elements in your mailers without having to hardcode them into each template.

Add Neighbor Blast Campaign Sending Style
- Added ‘Neighbor Blast’ as a new campaign sending style.
- This allows you to send mailers to a close radius around a specific address, making it ideal for local marketing campaigns.
- You can choose the neighbor types and number of neights to target.
- You can also change how long after the search address is added to the list that the mailer will be sent.

Lookup Physical Address via Email
- Added support for looking up physical addresses using email addresses.
- This feature allows you to find the mailing address of a contact by their email, making it easier to send targeted mailers.

Send via Standard Mail
- Added support for sending mailers via standard mail.
- Send for a cheaper rate at longer delivery times. Receive 5 cents off all Postcard items & 21 cents off all Letters, Notecards, & Giftcards items. Mail item delivery times will be an extra 5+ days, will not have tracking status, and will not be returned to sender on incorrect delivery.
- To turn On/Off this feature, visit your Mailer Settings and toggle the ‘Standard Mail Mode’ option.
AI Fonts
- Added support for AI-generated fonts for your mailers.
- These fonts totally randomize character placement and spacing to create a unique look for each mailer. This can help increase engagement and make your mailers stand out in the mailbox.
- Realism mode will automatically add crossouts and other imperfections to make the font look more like it was handwritten by a human.
- To use AI fonts, simply select the ‘AI Font’ option when creating or editing a Message Template. You can also toggle the ‘Realism Mode’ option to add imperfections to the font
Global Scan List
- Added a global scan list to the dashboard to provide a comprehensive view of all QR code scans across your account.
- This list can be used in Campaign Actions to send follow-up mailers to all recipients who have scanned any of your mailers, regardless of the mailing list they were on.
